St Patrick's & St Brigid's RC Church



The first Catholic Church was built in November, 1861, near the present site of the new church. Many of the early pioneer families (Bonnatt/Bonnett, Taylor) are buried in the cemetery located behind the church.

Buried here is Archibald Vincent McKinnon, the founder of Alcoholics Anonymous Australia
